The incessant buzzing of Lily’s phone wakes me. The dawn breaks through the window beside the bed, though, my body aches from the effects of the previous night. Fuck, I’m getting old.
The long night of pleasing Lili is catching up with me now. Yet, as her blond hair billows in soft curls over my chest, I can’t bring myself to be upset. Sure, I’m going to be tired and dragging ass all day at work, but after the night I had with this woman, I can’t regret a single second of it. Good thing today is Friday, I’ll be able to dip out early if needed.
“Oh, my God.” Suddenly, Lili is bolting upright and turning toward her phone on the nightstand. Her gloriously naked breasts come into view as the sheet falls to her waist. Checking her phone, she stops the vibrating device. “Shit,” she covers her face with her free hand.
“Problem, sweetheart?” I ask, amused at her panic. Lili whips her head in my direction and looks at me as if it’s the first time she’s laying eyes on me. Then, like a fog has lifted the corners of her lips turn up into a shy smile.
“It wasn’t a dream.”
Sitting up I place a kiss to her bare shoulder and pull her back flush against my front. “Do you dream about me often?” I snake my hand around her hip and trail my fingers through her landing strip curls.
“Mm,” she moans as my hand wanders lower. “You have been known to pop up here and there over the years.”
“Is that so, Angel?” My fingers play with her wet opening, but never give her enough pressure for the release her body is craving.
“Yes,” the breathy whisper comes as I dip a finger into her then bring it to my lips to taste her arousal.
“I hate to say this, but as much as I’d like to stay here and continue fucking you, I need to get home so I can change before heading to the office.”
As I withdraw my finger, Lili’s whimpering sigh is music to my ears. The girl is so responsive. I’ve never been more turned on by a woman in my life. I’ll never have enough of her.
“Take your time before heading in. I’ll be running late,” I say collecting my discarded clothing and dressing. As I buckle my belt, I lean on the bed to place a kiss on her forehead. “I’ll see you at the office.”
Walking through Lili’s living room I notice the homey feel that I missed the night before. The farmhouse style accent pieces that decorate the space so much more welcoming than my cold industrial style furniture at home. The contrast just one more thing that sets apart our two worlds. Even though, I’ve missed the woman’s touch my home used to have. Since my wife left us, I’ve allowed my home to become more and more sterile, for lack of a better word.
Since Charlotte moved out I haven’t needed my place to feel like a home.
